For over twenty years, Wendy Sherry has avidly studied mind/body/spirit awareness. She first experienced the life-changing potential of Ayurveda at a college retreat. And through that experience, Wendy began learning the basic principles of Ayurveda, yoga, meditation and eastern philosophy. She supplemented that learning effort with the study of world religion and philosophy while attending Illinois State University.
Wendy’s Primordial Sound Meditation practice began in 2002 with her first visit to the Chopra Center. But long before that she recognized the undeniable necessity of meditation to the human process of creating real peace. Experiencing the peace and bliss of the Chopra Center embedded in her the deepest desire to learn all she could from the loving and accepting people who worked along with Deepak and David. In 2006, the Chopra Center certified Wendy to teach Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga after she completed her Ayurvedic Perfect Health Instructor course in 2005.
A Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Wendy is uniquely qualified to help individuals who seek deeper and more meaningful lives in private sessions. The ENLIGHTEN UP SEMINAR is the signature course created by Wendy. In this five evening course you will be given the education and tools to live a meaningful, joyful, and healthy life. Other classes offered are Yoga, Ayurveda, Meditation, Personal Coaching, and Heart Centered Hynotherapy. Group and corporate events available.
